Evergreen Heating and Cooling began its journey on January 1, 2014, when Brian and Kellye Peters acquired the Residential Services division of Capstone Mechanical. With five dedicated team members and a clear vision, they stepped out on their own with one guiding principle: Treat every customer the same way you would treat your own family.

As the company grew, Evergreen added talented and dedicated team members both in the field and in the office. In 2016, Gary Jones joined the executive team, bringing more than 20 years of experience owning and operating his own air conditioning and heating company. Together, Brian, Kellye, and Gary shaped a strategy focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. While HVAC may not be rocket science, they believe what truly sets a company apart is how it cares for the people it serves.

Today, Evergreen Comfort proudly continues that tradition as part of the Lochridge Priest Home Services family. With expanded resources and enhanced capabilities, the company remains committed to going above and beyond customer expectations. Kellye, Brian, and Gary built the foundation of this commitment, and Evergreen continues to operate under this Missions statement:
